THE DAILY RENTAL -
PRICES VARY BASED ON DAY OF THE WEEK, 8AM - Midnight
DAILY RENTAL — Monday - Thursday Secures the use of the main Venue space for 16 hours, including the warming kitchen, bar area, access to the ice machine, and use of the tables and chairs for up to 250 persons, as well as all outdoor areas.
Monday - Thursday: $1750 Add-on Bridal Suite: $300 Add-on Overnight Suite: $350 Add-on Mimosa Bar (6 persons): $75 Add-on Outdoor Chairs (up to 175): $350 or $2 per chair
THE 2-DAY WEEKEND RENTAL
2-Day Basic - Venue Only Secures the main venue space for 40 hours, including the warming kitchen, bar area, access to the ice machine and indoor tables and chairs for up to 250 guests. Outdoor areas included.
Thursday (8 am)/Friday (midnight) $3800
Friday (8 am)/Saturday (midnight): $4100
Saturday (8 am)/Sunday (midnight): $4600

The 2-Day All-Access Venue rental secures the use of the main venue space for 40 hours, including the warming kitchen, the bar area, the use of tables and chairs for up to 250 persons, the Bridal Suite, a Mimosa Bar (for up to 6 persons), one night in the Overnight Suite, access to the ice machine, 2 ceremony sites and all other outdoor spaces - including the fire pit and picnic area, with use of up to 175 outdoor chairs.

THE 3-DAY WEEKEND RENTAL
The 3-Day All-Access Weekend Venue rental secures the use of the main venue space for 58 hours, including the warming kitchen, the bar area, the use of tables and chairs for up to 250 persons, the Bridal Suite, a Mimosa Bar (for up to 6 persons), two nights in the Overnight Suite, access to the ice machine, 2 outdoor ceremony sites and all outdoor spaces, including the fire pit and picnic area, with use of up to 175 outdoor chairs.

THE 3-DAY WEEKEND RENTAL
DAY-OF-COORDINATION SERVICES: $750
Our Day-of-Coordination service is a great addition to ensure your plans are carried out smoothly, allowing you and and loved ones to be fully present and enjoy your celebration. This service is ideal for couples who have done the planning but want experienced support managing the details on the day itself.
Includes a total of 10 hours of support.
BARTENDING SERVICES
All alcohol service is provided specifically through The Tipsy Farmer, LLC - Brandi’s own mobile bar business. They offer many bar services, including Open, Cash & Partial Bar options, as well as bartending only services. One less vendor for you to track down, one less thing for you to coordinate.
Prices vary based upon package selected and total guest count.
OUTDOOR AREA RENTAL ONLY
Outdoor Area Rental (6 hour Rental, Mon - Thurs only)
Great for weekday evening cook-outs & get-togethers.
Rental of the picnic area, fire pit and circle pen area with access to the indoor bathroom facilities, kitchen area, access to the ice machine and the use of up to 175 outdoor chairs.

The Fine Details/Restrictions
All spaces are rented in their "as is" condition during the allotted rental time.
You are responsible for providing all labor for set-up and tear down.
A venue representative will be available via phone for the allotted rental time, as well as on-site for 6 hours on your event day, if any questions should arise. Venue representatives have to right to attend any/all events scheduled.
One-third of your total package price is required down to reserve your date. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your event date. Valid credit card for any incidentals is required.
