DIRECTIONS: If coming from Hugoton, headed to Moscow on Hwy 56, turn right onto Road S. Go approximately 1 mile, then turn left and follow the road through the pasture to The Ranch.
If coming from Moscow, headed towards Hugoton on Hwy 56, turn left onto Road 15. Go approximately 1/2 mile to stop sign and then turn left onto Road S. Go approximately another 3/4 mile and turn left again and follow the road through the pasture to The Ranch.
frequently asked questions
what types of events are allowed?
Weddings, birthdays, reunions, business gatherings — if it’s worth celebrating, we’ll host it.
Can we hire our own decorator/caterer/bartender?
Decorator, caterer, DJ, photographer — hire whoever fits your vision. The one exception is alcohol: all bar service runs exclusively through The Tipsy Farmer, Brandi’ mobile bar service. No outside bartenders or third-party alcohol providers, no exceptions. It keeps service consistent and everyone covered on insurance and liability. Ask and we’ll send over a brochure of what The Tipsy Farmer offers.
Can we have fireworks?
No fireworks or pyrotechnics — sparklers included. We’re surrounded by dry prairie grass; it’s not worth the risk.
ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS INCLUDED?
Yes — enough for 250 guests. Exact sizes and counts are in your Welcome Packet, once you reserve your date.
DO YOU REQUIRE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes. Type and amounts are spelled out in your contract, along with where to get it — you can also see our Event Insurance page for details.
are there cleaning requirements?
A few minimal ones, listed in your contract. If you’d rather not deal with it, we’ll handle it for an extra fee - just say so.
CAN WE arrive EARLIER or stay later than OUR RENTAL window?
Check in and check out times are firm as booked. If you need more time, you can add extra hours or an extra day for an additional rate — just ask ahead so we can plan around it.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN GOLF CARTS TO TRANSPORT OUR GUESTS FROM THE PARKING LOT TO THE VENUE?
Yes — you know you’re responsible for anything that happens while you’re driving them.
