Hi. I’m Brandi, and I built this place with my dad.

This property was up for auction in 2022 and I purchased it in January of 2023. An old horse barn, sitting in the middle of a pasture that I’’d driven past for years without ever knowing it was here. I walked through the door, found an owl living inside, and knew exactly what it could become.

My dad, Steve, is the reason any of this exists. He’s the kind of handyman who can fix anything and with the help of my husband, Evan, my kids and my friend, Kristy, we spent the better part of a year turning it into what you see today — the bridal suite, The Wild Sage Suite, the kitchen, the bar, all of it.

Our first event was held here in March 2024 and it still doesn’t feel like work to me. I’m out here every day, maintaining the space, planting flowers and listening to the birds.

Here’s how I usually describe it to people who haven’t seen it yet: it’s this beautiful little event space, literally in the middle of nowhere. You go down a two-track road and come to this hidden gem, surrounded by trees that makes you feel like you’re in Colorado, instead of southwest Kansas. It’s secluded, it’s private, and it’s an entire weekend experience.

On your event day, either I’ll be here or my event manager Sheri will be - for a full 6 hours, ready if you need anything. The day before is yours: you and your vendors get the property to yourselves to set up exactly how you pictured it.

We hope you love this place as much as we do.
